I offer supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, coaches, holistic practitioners and health professionals from all modalities.
My approach to supervision is reflective, relational and collaborative. I believe that all professionals working with clients whether in private practice, NHS or an agency setting require a facilitated space to reflect on their work.
During supervision client issues are explored in a non-judgemental and supportive environment that encourages high levels of support and challenge. Professional development and learning are also important elements of the supervisory relationship.
My training and background is in Core Process Psychotherapy which is a mindfulness based psychotherapeutic approach. Alongside my private practice I work as an alcohol counsellor and Mental Health Act Hospital Manager. I also run a number of workshops including how to build and develop a successful private practice and working with clients who misuse alcohol.
Please call me to discuss your supervision needs. I am also happy to offer a free initial consultation.
